Inergi

Inergi LP was spun off from Hydro One in 2002.  It is a limited partnership owned by Capgemini, which is based in France.  Inergi provides services to Hydro One in the following areas: Infrastructure Management, Applications Management, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Pay, Settlements, and Supply Management Services (including IT vendor management and supply chain management ). The original deal was a 10-year deal ending in 2012. In May 2010, Capgemini was successful in negotiating a 3-year extension between Inergi and Hydro One that extends the current contract end date from 2012 to 2015.  Despite promises to grow the business, Capgemini has not brought any new work to Inergi and has in fact, made decisions to remove work from Inergi.
