  • Pickering 2024

    The Ontario government released its much-delayed Long-Term Energy Plan – and it contained a lot of positive news for our members. The LTEP re-committed to the continued operation of the Pickering NGS and the refurbishments of the Bruce and Darlington stations.
    Members worked hard to make sure that our voices were heard. We refused to take for granted that politicians would simply make the right decisions – not when it comes to our jobs.

  • Pensions at risk: stop Bill C-27

    A new federal bill brought forward by the Trudeau government is once again placing our pensions at risk. The Society is mobilizing to stop this legislation along with other unions, workers and pensioners across Canada. We need your help.
